The Writ Petition is against State of TamilNadu to disclose all the FIRs registered against Prashant Kumar umrao in connection with his retweet on the migrant workers in TN and quash all the FIRs as they violate his fundamental rights. The SLP has been filed against the conditions imposed by Honourable Madurai Bench of Madras HC while granting Anticipatory bail. Mr Ranjit Kumar former Solicitor General of India and Mr. Siddharth Luthera are expected to appear for Prashant Kumar umrao.
