Kar Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata. A three-judge Bench headed by Chief Justice of India D.Y. Chandrachud is scheduled to hear the case and see the CBI status report over the investigation conducted so far in the case and West Bengal government will also clarify over whether death challan was given to the doctor who conducted the post mortem of the victim or not. Top court will also see West Bengal government’s response over doctors protest. In the last hearing, the bench had asked the doctors to resume duty, despite which the doctors have continued their protests.
