  1. Person transferring property in which he has no right conferring any benefit on the owner, owner must elect to confirm or dissent from it,
  2. All rents, annuities, pensions, dividends and other periodical income upon transfer of interest of person as between transferor and transferee to accrue day to day , payable on the appointed day
  3. On transfer, property is divided and held in several shares and the benefit of any obligation passes to several owner, corresponding duty in the absence of contract be performed to such owners, provided the duty can be severed , or otherwise the duty can be performed to one of several owner
  4. Person authorised to dispose immovable property under circumstances, transfer property for consideration as circumstances existing, as between transferee and transferor, transferee having exercised reasonable care has acted in good faith
  5. When property is transferred, the right of maintenance from profit of immovable property, can be enforced against transferee, but not against transferee for consideration without notice, nor against such property
