indian parliament is to make law , but it doesn’t mean that the parliament shall make any law, the constitution controling the parliament.it shall make any law without affecting any provision of constitution that means it shall make law within the frame work of Constitution including Constitutional amendment.therefore Indian parliament shall not have power to make such amendment in part II. If any such enactment comes into effect, then it is the duty of judiciary to declare such enactment as void and unconstitutional.it is the Constitutional duty cast upon courts to safeguard the constitution and it’s supremacy. of course the present CAA and NRC pending before the SC, let us wait and watch whether our Apex court stands with parliament or CONSTITUTION.if stands with parliament then the judiciary with majority government, which leads to undermining the constitutional supremacy or the judiciary failed in it’s Constitutional duty or if it stands with the constitution then it is done it’s duty and uphold the supremacy of Constitution.after this only we can decide whether our courts are pro – government or Pro – Constitution…………… TAIL END NEWS IN CURRENT SCENARIO…….. allotment of symbols to political parties just prior to Election is unconstitutional.if any political parties registered, then it should allot permanent symbols without any conditions.because India is adopted multi party system and such provision in RPAct need to be declare as UNCONSTITUTIONAL……… Thanks and Follows
