After retirement he came to know his juniors were getting higher pay and pension the 3rd respondent by order dated 12.11.2013 modified the pay and pension. But in 2016 by order dated 03.6.2016 cancelled the revised pay and pension he filed Writ Petition to quash the proceeding dated 03.06.2016.During the pendency of the writ petition, the sole petitioner died and his legal heirs are substituted as the petitioners 2 to 4.The Additional Government Pleader filed a counter affidavit stating on 09.05.2022 petitioner’s application was rejected but the legal heirs of the petitioner were not served with copy of rejection order.
