[3/3, 13:22] sekarreporter1: On receipt of a show cause notice questioning a lady assistant commissioner of customs & central excise in regard to a scam resulting in a huge loss. of nearly ten crores in gst dept, a false vague motivated complaint of time barred sexual harassment was made by her against the principal commissioner of customs& central excise. Same was challenged by him ( Raviselvan) Wp dismissed on ground that he should approach cat and wp is not maintainable. Upon hearing arguments of M.Ravi for Raviselvan, ASG for department & Ms. Vaigai snr counsel for complainant,A detailed interim order holding the finding that wp is not maintainable as erroneous and on merits granted interim stay of all proceedings pursuant yo the compkaint. In tbe meaanwhile he was placed under suspension with kolkatta as his head quarters. Suspension was challenged before CAT & CAT upon hearing arguments of M.Ravi Consel for applicant & mrs. Hemalatha for department was pleased to quash order of sudpension
