Sub: Appointment to the post of Senior/Junior Standing Counsels to appear before the Hon’ble High Court of Madras – regarding

Ref: (i) Order of CDBT in F.N0.278/M-19/2021-lTJ, dated

23.12.2022

(ii) Communication of CDBT in F.No.278/M-19/2021-lTJ, dated 19.01.2023

Consequent to the CBDT communication under reference (ii) cited above, the following Senior and Junior Standing Counsels have been appointed for regular panel or under buffer/extended panel for a period of 3 years from 23rd December, 2022, to represent the Income-tax Department before the Hon’ble High Court of Madras on the terms and conditions as per Instruction No. 7/2016.
