Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the claim of the members of the petitioner’s Society to exhibit children of educational movie in schools and colleges in each District.

O R D E R
The grievance of the petitioner-Sangam is that the Government
has not taken decision to grant permission to the Schools and Colleges in each District to exhibit Educational Movies by issuing an order.
- Admittedly, the Government Orders are issued till the
academic year 2022-2023 and during the current academic year i.e., 20232024, no such Government Order has been issued. - The learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on
behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4, would submit that in the forthcoming academic year i.e., 2024-2025, the Government will consider the same. - In view of the abovesaid submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4, the respondents are directed to consider the
representation of the petitioner and shall take a decision in this regard. - With the above directions, the present writ petition stands
disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
