- Court can grant certificate to make proposed mortgage, lease or sale by judgement debtor
- Court can order resale if the purchaser does not deposit as per provision
- Full amount to be paid before 15th day of sale into Court
- Court after forfeiting the amount can order resale
- Person claiming interest may apply to have sale set aside on payment of amounts under this provision
- Decree holder or person interested can apply to set aside sale on material irregularities or fraud in publishing or conducting it
- Purchaser can apply to set aside sale as judgement debtor has no saleable interest in property
- When no application to set aside filed, court shall make order confirming sale
- Court can refund purchase money with or without interest if sale is set aside

- Court can order delivery of possession from judgement debtor
- Court can order delivery by tenant proclaiming that interest of judgement debtor is transferred
- Person obstructing possession can make application to court, which shall be adjudicated under the provision
- Court can order the objection or declare that obstruction is done at the instance of judgement debtor
- person other than judgement debtor dispossessed by decree holder can file application complaining dispossession
- Court shall pass appropriate orders on application under 99
- Question as to right, title and interest between parties or their representatives and no separate suit is maintainable
- Rules 98 and 100 not to apply to resistance or obstruction from purchaser pending proceedings
- Every order made in rule 101 or 103 is subject to result of suit pending at the time of claim
