[9/8, 13:07] DURAIVAIYAPURI Mhc Advt: The writ petition filed by Tmt.Latha W/o Rajan before the Hon’ble Madras High Court to remove the obstructor Mr.Nanmaran who put up the construction in Natham land which is adjacent to the petitioner’s land and also obstructing the pathway of the land which is belongs to petitioner Latha. Petitioner Latha made complaint to the District Collector, Tiruvannamalai to remove the obstructor. Since, no action taken by the Collector, hence the present writ petition. When the above writ petition came up for admission on 08.09.2022 before Hon’ble Mr. Justice M.Dhandapani, learned counsel Mr.E.Duraivaiyapuri who appearing for the petitioner submitted that the District Collector already initiated proceedings to take action on the complaint given by the Latha, but no order was passed till date to the Collector’s subordinates to take action to the petitioner Latha’s complaint. After hearing the petitioner side and government side, His Lordship disposed the case by observing that though the matter is civil in nature and advised the petitioner to approach before appropriate civil court and also granted liberty to workout remedies before the civil court.
