[12/06, 09:03] G Rajesh Mha பொருளாளர்: Division bench headed by Justice SM Subramaniam quashed the Circular dated 29.12.2017 issued by RG in Advocates Vakalath matter. Earlier MHAA had filed writ petition challenging the circular which says ” Advocates should attach their photos and shoupd provide residential address in the Vakalath and attesting advocates should also file their ID proof in the vakalath.” Sr Adv Giridhar Pillarisetti argued the matter and got stay of the circular in 2017 and yesterday President Mohana Krishnan argued in the final hearing.

[12/06, 09:05] G Rajesh Mha பொருளாளர்: வழக்கறிஞர்கள் வக்கலாத் விவகாரத்தில் ஆர்ஜி வெளியிட்ட 29.12.2017 தேதியிட்ட சுற்றறிக்கையை நீதிபதி எஸ்.எம்.சுப்பிரமணியம் தலைமையிலான டிவிஷன் பெஞ்ச் ரத்து செய்தது. முன்னதாக MHAA சுற்றறிக்கையை எதிர்த்து ரிட் மனு தாக்கல் செய்தது, அதில் “வழக்கறிஞர்கள் தங்கள் புகைப்படங்களை இணைக்க வேண்டும் மற்றும் வக்கலாத்தில் வசிக்கும் முகவரியை வழங்க வேண்டும் மற்றும் சான்றளிக்கும் வழக்கறிஞர்கள் வக்காலத்தில் தங்கள் அடையாளச் சான்றையும் தாக்கல் செய்ய வேண்டும்” என்று கூறுகிறது.
