It is stated that there was spontaneous expulsion of dead born fetus with placenta and membrane weighing 810 gms from the daughter of the petitioner herein.  It is also stated that the daughter is stable as on 18.02.2023 and had been discharged on 18.02.2023 with suitable advise by the respondents herein.
