5. The learned counsel for the respective respondents submitted that neither the temple pond nor the lands belonging to the subject temple has been acquired as projected in this writ petition. The said submission is recorded.
6. Learned Special Government Pleader seeks short accommodation to clarify this position.
Post after six weeks.
Status-quo as on date shall be maintained till then.

2.ItwaspointedoutthattheNotificationsunderchallengecontravenetheverysame theDirectionNo.33issuedbyintheSuoMotuWP574of2015Batch,byalienating thelandsmeasuring31acresoflandforCMRLDepotandotherportionsoftheland belongingtoThirukachiNambigalandSriVaradharajaPerumalTempleat PoonamalleetoCMRLforitsPhaseIICorridor4projectfromPoonamalleetoLight House.Itwasalsopointedoutthatlandsin1325/13measuring33Sq.Mts,1325/14 measuring1Sq.MtareactuallypartoftheTempleTankwhichitselfisaHeritagestructure remainingthereformorethan1000yearsbuiltbyParanthagaChozhan(Whoisthe grandfatheroftheGreatRajaRajaChozha).

PoonamalleeundertookthatthelandswillnotbealienatedandthattheGovernmentis consideringalongtermleasetoCMRL.Theyfurtherundertooklandsin1325/13measuring 33Sq.Mts,1325/14measuring1Sq.MtareactuallypartoftheTempleTankwhichitselfisa Heritagestructureremainingthereformorethan1000yearsbuiltbyParanthagaChozhan willremainastheyareandtheywillnotbehandedovertoCMRLandtheGovernmentwould rectifythedefectsandissuefreshnotificationinthisregard.SplG.P.forCommissioner,land Administration,thethirdrespondentandM/aAiyerandDoliaappearedforCMRL.The Counselsforrespondentsfurtherundertookthattheywilldoonlymarkingsandwillnotdo anyotherworkuntilfurtherordersfromtheCourt.TheundertakingsoftheSplG.P. appearingforHR&CEDepartmentandMr.AKSriramofKailasamAssociates appearingforThirukachiNambigalandSriVaradharajaPerumalTempleatPoonamallee wasrecordedbytheHonourableCourtandinterimordershavebeenpassedaccordingly.
