Siddharth Luthra Senior and I Rahul Shyam Bhandari AOR assisted by G Priyadharshni appeared for victim mother in Kalakuruchi case. Supreme Court heard us. Since the State has already finished investigation and going to file chargesheet, SC has not cancelled bail. However Supreme Court made it clear that HC observations and giving findings on the merits of the case such as No case is made out was absolutely unwarranted and uncalled for. All observations and findings have been set aside by Supreme Court. Matter disposed of.
