CONSTITUTION CONTINUES – PART – III. FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS. ARTICLE 13. Mahaveer shivaji, advocate, MHC…… The great set back in our country is that, the law makers or the legislators often framing law without having adequate knowledge of laws or lack of professionalism in law which leads to many chaos in its effects and obviously warranted to interpret and even many of benchers also having such lacks and they are sticking what laws says have to be follow, but the LAW is different and JUSTICE is different, that’s justice have be evolved from law. It’s all ultimately suffers the common public from the rulee or from rule of law. The institutions of laws such as parliament or judiciary or executive transforming or fusioning into few persons , such as PM, JUDGES by destroying it’s checks and balances like that of legislators, bar members over thrown by it’s own other side of coins. But it won’t be stands in long run because ultimately law alone have to rule the state within the framework of Constitution but not beyond it……………… FOLLOWS
