[06/06, 11:10] sekarreporter1: Additional Advocate General J Ravindran says, police has filed a sub application stating that Justice G Jayachandran has concurred with Justice PB Balaji by asking police to file counter affidavit & therefore the matter must now be heard by a Division Bench holding HCP portfolio.
[06/06, 11:11] sekarreporter1: Judge doesn’t agree with AAG’s submissions. Asks him not to read between the lines. Says, he can grant time till 4 pm for the Greater Chennai Police to file its counter affidavit and then hear the matter.
