The STATE and LAW is natural rights by virtue of existence of being a citizens and due to this the Constitution begins with WE THE PEOPLE…………… and it is mostest essential to modern democracy which the government cannot takes away and both is inseparable from it’s people. The process of british administration of law towards india and two centuries it takes to form this state as nation and written it’s definite law, nothing but Constitution of india. But after nearing 7decades the centre and states made laws or statues overtaking the Constitutionalism and independent judiciary transforming into dependent on government and together still undermining the common people………… FOLLOWS
