The Acting CJ bench After hearing of marathon arguments of all the Senior Advocates in Agri horticulture society case reserved the matter for orders today.
The matter pertains to about 110 grounds 1472 sqft( 4 cawnies,14grounds,1472 sqft) in Radhakrishnan Salai worth 1000 crores belonging to Govt occupied by Agri krishnamurthy in the name of society . The govt decided to develop botanical gardens in that 110 grounds. Hence When kalaignar was CM , notice was issued to society on 29.9.2010 to resume lands. WP was filed by Agri horticulture Society challenging the resumption notice and HC after hearing both the parties remanded back to the collector , for fresh hearing .

On 22.8.2011 the collector incharge passed an order in which he declared that Agri horticultural society is owner of 110 grounds belonging to Government and directed to issue pattah which was subsequently granted in favour of society by Tahsildar.

Meanwhile one Advocate Bhuvanesh Kumar filed writ petition asking for CBI enquiry and also challenging orders of collector declaring Agri Horticulture society as owner and granting of pattah.

Fearing for the same the then Prl Sec cum commissioner of Land Administration initiated suomutto revision and stayed the order of collector by his proceeding dated 1.11.2011 and issued Show cause notice to Agri horticulture society as to why the collector order should not be revised ?
Meanwhile the Agri horticulture society filed WP challenging Prl Secretary cum Land Commissioner order dated 1.11.2011 and the issuance of show cause notice to them.
The first bench of Madras HC meanwhile closed the Writ petition filed by Advocate Bhuvanesh Kumar recording subsequent events of Prl Secretary Cum Land Commissioner proceedings .
However SupremeCourt on 6.7.2012 directed Advocate Bhuvanesh Kumar to get impleaded in the writ petition filed by Agri horticulture society and to contest the case before single judge .

The case was heard by single judge and WP filed by society was dismissed.
As against dismissal order the Agri horticulture society filed the present appeal.
