The prosecution was able to prove through oral and documentaryevidence of the charges against the accused u/s 417 r/w 3(1)(w)(ii) of SC/ST (POA) Act and 420 of IPC r/w 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (POA) Act beyond reasonable doubt and therefore, the court comes to the conclusion that the accused has committed those offences, for which the accused has to be dealt with.
