No authority let alone the respondents can interfere with the same. The Hon’ble Supreme Court in Kaushal Kishore v. State of U.P (2023) 4 SCC 1 had held that certain fundamental rights can be invoked even against private individuals. Thus, no private individual can prevent the petitioner or any devotee from exercising his fundamental right. If there is any such obstruction, it is the duty of the police to aid the petitioner to exercise his fundamental right and remove theobstructors from the scene.
