Highcourt had asked to produce the same before investigation agency as they assured to act fair in investigation on which Dinesh had insisted the court to monitor the investigation and the court agreed for the same and posted the case after 4 weeks directing to produce the electronic records impleading A-2 Ramesh koduvala before Adayar police
