[2/4, 18:19] Sekarreporter 1: Today Ex Minister Senthil Balaji MLA and his brothers aniticipatory bail application was listed before Justice Audikesavalu. State PP Mr.A.Natarajan appeared for the state and opposed the anticipatory bail petition. Senior Advocate Prabakar appeared for the accused senthil balaji and his brother. State Pp informed the court that senthil balaji and his brother are absconding however search warrant obtained by the police from the concerened court. State Pp informed that the accused organised the crowd and prevented the police from conducting the search. Justice audikesavalu asked state PP whether 41-A notice served or not ? For which state Pp informed that not yet. Therefore justice audikesavalu asked the State Pp to bring a 41-A notice on 7th of February and the case will be posted on that day. Justice also informed that on friday the accused persons should inform the court at which address the 41-A notice can be served upon them.
