Today Hon’ble Mr.Justice.D.krishnakumar J dismissed the Application filed by Anitha Radhakrishnan to reject the Election Petition filed by Mr.RamkumarAdithan. [6/17, 12:40] Sekarreporter 1: தனக்கு எதிராக ராம்குமார் ஆதித்தன் எனும் நபர் தாக்கல் செய்த தேர்தல் வழக்கில் 2016 ம் ஆண்டு நடைபெற்ற சட்டமன்ற தேர்தலில் திருச்செந்தூர் தொகுதியில் இருந்து அனிதா ராதாகிருஷ்ணன் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டது செல்லாது என அறிவிக்க வேண்டும் என்று வழக்கு தாக்கல் செய்தார் இந்த வழக்கை விசாரணைக்கு எடுக்க உகந்ததல்ல என்று ரத்து செய்ய கோரி திருச்செந்தூர் தொகுதி சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர் திரு.அனிதா ராதாகிருஷ்ணன், தாக்கல் செய்த மனுவை மான்புமிகு சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றம் இன்று தள்ளுபடி செய்து உத்தரவிட்டது.
