Today State Public Prosecutor had mentioned before Justice Audikesavalu stating that some clarification is required regarding Ex.Minister Senthil Balaji Anticipatory bail petition. Justice permitted the State PP to argue and the counsel for senthil balaji was also present. State PP explained before the court that as directed by the court 41-A notice was prepared and brought before this court and served, but instead this court granted Anticipatory Bail application to Senthil Balaji and another. State PP informed that granting of anticipatory bail and same day serving 41A notice is not serving any purpose and therefore clarification is required. The Hon’ble judge directed senthil balaji to appear before the police on 14.2.2020 by complying the 41A notice and until it is informed that the sureites should need not be executed. And Hon’ble justice also directed the state to file modification petition in the mean time.
