Transport — Cancellation of the appointment of Panel Advocates for Tamil Nadu State Transport Undertakings — Orders — Issued.

2. From the Advocate General of Tamil Nadu, Roc No. 1500/ AGRS/ 2021-1, Dated: 26.11.2021.
ORDER:
In the Government order first read above, orders have been issued for the appointment of Panel’ Advocates for the Hon’ble Madras High Court and its Bench at Madurai, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chennai and Lower Courts to represent the Tamil Nadu State Transport Undertakings.
2. The Advocate General of Tamil Nadu, in his letter second read above, has recommended to withdraw the orders issued in the Government Order first read above.
3. The Government, after careful consideration of the recommendation of the Advocate General of Tamil Nadu, have decided to accept it. Accordingly, the Government. hereby directs that the orders issued in the Government order first read above be cancelled.
4. The Managing Directors of all the Tamil Nadu State Transport Undertakings are
requested to take necessary follow-up action in this regard.
