To prove the same sathanantham had filed 91 Crpc before the special Judge (NDPS ACT) Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.
It is pertinent to note that the concerned DDG who handled this case was depromoted recently based on a complaint against him.

So A5 had filed application U/s 207 Crpc to provide the charge sheet as the accused rights
