We are not staying the interim order permitting the respondents to make construction as has been directed by the High Court but we direct that no third party right shall be created in respect of the construction to be made on the subject property or on any part thereof without leave of this Court.
We make it clear that pendency of these proceedings before this Court shall not preclude the Trial Court from proceeding with the suit(s).
