He stated that BCCI ,IPL Administration and MCC have failed to monitor the selling of IPl tickets in the Black Market especially in Chennai, Tamilnadu.The Honourable Chief Justice Bench have recorded the statement of Petitioner and Respondents .The Honourable Judges have ordered in favour of Petitioner’s Prayer and Disposed the case by stating that respondents should Comply and report the Same to the Petitioner.
