    sincerely state as follows:
  3. I am the Petitioner herein and as such I am well acquainted with the facts of the
    case.
  4. It is submitted that the above writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking
    to quash the impugned order dated 23.01.2020 passed u/s 24(4) of the Prohibition
    of Benami Prohibition Act, 1988 (hereinafter interchangeably referred to as “the
    PBPT Act” or “the Act”) in Order No. 23/DCIT(BP)/2019-20 by the 1st
    Respondent, wherein the 1st Respondent has passed the impugned order without
    having any jurisdiction and without being in possession of any material document
    and without providing adequate opportunity of being heard to the Petitioner.
