[08/04, 15:43] sekarreporter1: [08/04, 13:49] sekarreporter1: Today (08.04.2024) the Hon’ble First Bench comprising of the Hon’ble Chief Justice and Hon’ble Justice J. Sathya Narayana Prasad extended the interim order of status quo granted in respect of applicability of some of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018 and Rules, 2023 in relation to minority institutions. The Hon’ble First Bench also directed that the representations of the minority institutions for excluding them from the applicability of the above enactment shall be considered by the Government.

The Hon’ble First bench adjourned the matter to 25.06.2024.
