During my speech, I highlighted the following points:

[30/09, 07:11] sekarreporter1: Today, I had the honor of participating as the chief guest and delivering a speech at the social justice conference organized by the “Samajik Chetna Foundation Nyas” in Lucknow, UP. During my speech, I highlighted the following points:
(a) Urgent need for a Caste Census.
(b) The necessity to eliminate the Creamy layer in OBC and postpone its implementation in SC/ST through appropriate legislation.
(c) The removal of the judicial ceiling of 50% for reservations for SC/ST and OBC through constitutional amendments.
(d) Amendment of the Constitution to mandate reservations for SC/ST/OBCs, women, and minorities in appointments to the posts of Supreme Court and High Court judges.
(e) Monitoring the enforcement of reservations in Public Institutions of Eminence such as IIT, IIM, Central Universities, ICAR, etc., both in faculties and for student’s admissions. Strict actions should be taken against the Directors/Head of Department who fail to comply.
(f) Introducing amendments in the relevant Acts to consider “non-implementation of reservations” as atrocities against SC/ST and OBCs, and to punish the Directors/Head of department with imprisonment.
