In criminal law we have equality but not in civil law practice due to personal laws but it’s not in all civil law aspects.. But in principle wise it cannot be achieved at any point of time, because there will be always a difference between RULER and RULEE. the equality principles indicates only in social equality to access in status and opportunity, with a view to demolish the age old system of stratified society that top by birth. that is why our constitution kept the fundamental rights under Art 15 as not to discriminate on the ground of birth and place of birth. The equality means Equality before Law, Equality under the Law, and Equality in the eye of Law but no one stands above the Law and Law alone will stands in above all, i.e., the principles of RULE OF LAW. It is also enshrined in Art 14 of constitution.( that we will deal when Part III). The constitution also ensured ECONOMIC EQUALITY by way of distribution of entire wealth to all and avoid concentration of wealth in fewer hands. This is aimed to reduce the gap between have and haven’t on the principles of socialism, but practically now our country goes towards capitalism by diluting the socialism by creating a class of capitalist by privatisation.if all sectors given to private then the govt own nothing as assets except in paper currency, then the cycle of nationalisation will start and capitalism will reduce, In my opinion this cycle will start in one decade……… DAILY TAIL END NEWS IN CURRENT SCENARIO: The police have no power to interfere with the usage of any party flag by anyone is nothing but interference in the domain of ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA, it is unconstitutional act of police and the same shall be answerable in QUO-WARRANTO WRIT……….
