3. Awarding compensatory marks for loss of time due to the absolute negligence of @NTA_Exams cannot be limited to candidates who approached High Courts or submitted representations alone. Why are all the other candidates denied compensatory marks?
4. The High-Level Committee’s scope is limited to reviewing the Grievances Redressal Committee’s recommendations for 1563 candidates, and it will not address the genuine grievances of all 23.33 lakh students.
5. Granting grace marks for one physics question to candidates who attempted the wrong key answer alone, leaving students who did not attempt fearing negative marks, is highly illegal ;
6. The number of candidates who achieved a perfect score of 720/720 increased from 17 to 61 due to the award of Grace and compensatory marks to undeserving candidates, which indicates potential inflation of marks.

Hon’ble @PMOIndia has to step in and redress the grievances of all 23.33 lakh students.

[09/06, 16:26] sekarreporter1: The Director General of @NTA_Exams, while ruling out re-exams, has announced in a press meeting the constitution of a High Powered four-member committee led by the former UPSC chairman to look into the grievances of candidates who wrote #NEETUG2024 exams.
DG has claimed that a committee of experts was formed to address the grievances of 1563 out of 23 lakh candidates. The High Power Committee will analyse the recommendations made by the Grievances Redressal Committee and give its report.
The HPC reference and its constitution by @NTA_Exams are highly illegal, especially to sweep illegalities under the carpet, motivated and arbitrary and liable to be rejected for the following reasons:-
