Accordingly state archeological department was suo motto Impleaded. Furthermore, the Learned First Administrative Bench comprising of Honourable Judges R. The manner in which temples are being managed it shows that the department is only concerned and bothered about of the revenue arising out of the properties of the temples and not interested in temple welfare.
