Though, from the report dated 25.09.2023 submitted by the Chairman of the Fact Finding Committee, it is seen that sealed cover containing report, including Lists 1 and 2, have been handed over to this Court, and it is stated that the same is now available with the Registrar General, but copy of the consolidated report and the List of Enclosures-1 and List of Enclosures-2 are not handed over to the parties.
