. Chandru Former Judge Of Highcourt: What mud.It is only those transferred must know the pain of suchvtransfer. When Justice PKMisra was transferred from Odisha to Chennai how much it had affected him you may not. When upright judges are transferred out of pique and motive it badly hurts those under order.First one year he could not write orders. He was so depressed. It took one year to get old composure. You can verify patty if you want. The present policy is to have CJ from outside only.In case of transfer of puisne judge if is not voluntary then it is punishment either for good or bad reasons!
