Gopalan the Founder of Hindu Munnani at V. Kalathur of Perambalaur District . The officials of V. Kalathur Police Station had registered a Case against the Hindu Munnani activist’s under Section 4A (1a) of the Tamil Nadu Open Places Disfigurement Act 1959 as amended in 1986, 1994 and 1998.
