Flipkart founder Sachin Bansal has moved #MadrasHighCourt challenging Rs 10,600 Cr FEMA violation notice issued by ED  [9/3, 16:37] Sekarreporter: Admitting the plea Justice R Mahadevan observed as to why the authorities failed to take action against the alleged violation for the past 12 years. Directs ED to file its response by 3 weeks

If Puducherry government provides financial aid like the Tamilnadu government providing financial aid, then the funds will be provided to the members of the deceased advocates and they will be benefited at large Hence, we request the Honble Chief Minister to take appropriate steps to implement the scheme to generate funds to the Advocates Welfare Fund and do the needful and the Advocates practicing at Puducherry will be grateful to your good self forever
