Dr.Thomas moved the Highcourt to get releif and the case got stayed by the Highcourt. *Yesterday 3.11.2022* the final hearing for Quash came up before Honourable *Justice Dr. Jayachandran* , as item No.22 in the court hall 42.*(Crl.RC 890/2021,Crl.Op 4942/2019 & other 7 cases) Senior Counsul Mr.Manishankar argued* well for Dr. Thomas. After hearing the arguments the Justice reserved the orders.

[11/14, 12:20] Sekarreporter 1: *Dr.P.Thomas* is an scientist in Embryology and being in the fertility profession for more than a decade, and he a running a hospital in the name and style of CFC ( *Chennai Fertility Centre* ) in different cities in our country & in Abroad.

An untoward incident happened to him in the year 2017. He was arrested in a *false & foisted cases* and booked in Goonda’s act. Further the case is charge sheeted and came for trial before Mahila court Chennai.

The complainant of the false and foisted cases are nothing but an employee & Dr by profession(Dr.Ramya) who worked under Dr.Thomas for 4 years from 2013 to 2017. This Dr.Ramya and her sister Dr.Jayanirmala along with their family members conspired & by using their political and official power they have done great injustice to Dr.Thomas.
