Harihara Arun Somasankar appeared for the defacto complainant. He argued that Munirathinam, Chairman of Green Park International School, has been cheating various victims by selling shares in the name of Green Park International School. The first victim was Mrs Usharani in 2015, and the offence has continued until now. The total number of known victim until now are more than 15 member with a value of more than 15 crore. The number of victims is increasing day by day, and if the accused is not taken into custody, then it would endanger society. Various other complaints are pending against the accused for the same offence.Hence, this bail application should be dismissed.
