PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 30.04.2022 and grant permission to the petitioner in order to conduct the cultural program (Adal Padal Nigalchi) which is schedule to be held on 13.05.2022 at 6.00 p.m., to 11.00 p.m., in Sri Renuga Parameshwari Temple situated at Chinnakammaiyampattu Village, Reddyoor Post, Jolarpettai, Tirupattur T.K., Tirupattur District-635 851.

The relief sought for in the writ petition is Mandamus to direct the
respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 30.04.2022 and grant permission to the petitioner in order to conduct the cultural program (Adal Padal Nigalchi) which is schedule to be held on 13.05.2022 at 6.00 p.m., to 11.00 p.m., in Sri Renuga Parameshwari Temple, situated at Chinnakammaiyampattu Village, Reddyoor Post, Jolarpettai, Tirupattur T.K., Tirupattur District-635 851.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has sent the representation dated 30.04.2022 to the respondents only on 01.05.2022 and immediately, without giving sufficient time to the respondents to consider his representation, has filed this Writ Petition on the very next day i.e. on 02.05.2022.
3. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is dismissed. However, since
the event is scheduled to be taken place only on 13.05.2022, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, if the respondents do not give any response to his representation on or before 10.05.2022. No costs.
