[8/4, 13:41] Sekarreporter1: O.A.Nos.440 to 443 of 2022 in C.S.(Comm.Div) No.150 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J trademarks “THALAPPAKATTI” and “THALAPPAKATTI BRIYANI HOTEL” from 1957 and has obtained registrations in respect thereof under class 42 and class 43. It is further stated that the mark was declared as a well known trademark on 22.09.2010. The present action is directed against the video uploaded by the third defendant.
