We have heard Mr.K.Chandrasekar, learned counsel for Mr.T.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 and 2; and, Mr.A.K.Raghavulu, learned counsel for the third
respondent.

  1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation filed by the petitioner is not decided. The said representation is with regard to the misappropriation of the income and the property of the Mutt.
  2. Learned counsel for the third respondent submits that respondent No.2 had initiated an enquiry and respondent No.3 is
    participating in the said enquiry.
  3. In the light of that, the respondent authority shall conduct the said enquiry in accordance with law and take it to its logical conclusion
    expeditiously.
  4. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
    There will be no order as to costs.
