Ramadoss and Dr. Anbumani Ramadoss:a. Tender an unconditional apology to the MLAs and the people of Kallakurichi by pubishing the same prominently in one edition of English and Tamil dailies and on their social media pages;b. Each pay to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s Relief fund a sum of Rs. 1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Only) as damages; and

Karthikeyan, (Rishivandiyam Assembly Constituency) have issued a legal notice through P.Wilson Associates to PMK leaders Dr. S. Ramadoss and Dr. Anbumani Ramadoss for statements made by them pertaining to the unfortunate spurious liquor poisoning deaths in Kallakurichi. The two MLAs have demanded that Dr. S. Ramadoss and Dr. Anbumani Ramadoss:
a. Tender an unconditional apology to the MLAs and the people of Kallakurichi by pubishing the same prominently in one edition of English and Tamil dailies and on their social media pages;
b. Each pay to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s Relief fund a sum of Rs. 1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Only) as damages; and
c. Cease and desist from making false, unsubstantiated allegations against our clients in the nature described in this notice or otherwise
