The learned State Government Pleader submits that after the order is passed by the learned Single Judge, a Special Officer is appointed. The third respondent has completed the scanning of details of about 6,20,000 members of the first respondent Society. He has completed the scanning of 3676 original sale documents of the first respondent Society. The data relating to the entire properties purchased by the Society being entered online by the ELCOT is nearing completion and the work of comparing the data with the documents is simultaneously undertaken. The verification of encumbrance in respect of the properties covered under 3676 documents is being done. The learned State Government Pleader submits that the details of the members and the properties of the first respondent Society will be uploaded on the website of Kalaimagal Sabha as soon as the data entries are completed and validated.

2. The counter shall be filed on record giving the details of the steps undertaken and the further process to be undertaken for dealing with the properties and distribution of the proceeds to the members of
   the Society. The same shall be placed on record on or before
   24.06.2024.
