There will be a Press Meet by the Chairman, Bar Council of Tamilnadu and Puducherry on 27th day of July 2024 at 12 p.m., in the Bar Council premises with regard to the resolution passed by the Bar Council in-respect of the implementation of the new acts namely Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and the Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 which repeals the Indian Penal Code 1860, the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 and the Indian Evidence Act 1872. Therefore, you are all requested to attend the Press Meet and cover the same and publish/print in the Media.
