  1. Heard learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the material available on record.
  2. Applications seeking exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order, for seeking exemption from filing official translation of the Annexures as also for seeking permission to file lengthy list of dates are allowed.
  3. Issue notice, returnable after one week.
  4. Mukul Rohatgi, learned Senior counsel, appears with Mr. Balaji Srinivasan, learned Advocate­on­Record, for Respondent No.3 – caveator accepts and waives formal notice on behalf of the said respondent.
  5. In the meantime, the respondent is permitted to file counter affidavit in the matter.
