: BJP National President and Star Campaigner Shri J.P.Nadda was to participate in a Road Rally at Trichy, which was scheduled today i.e., 07.04.2024 between 4pm to 7pm starting from Gandhi Market Arch and finishing at Malaikottai. The Trichy BJP Karyakarthas headed by Mr.Rajasekaran, Trichy City President, TNBJP have given application on 04.04.2024, seeking permission and police protection. The ARO and Commissioner of Police, Trichy have rejected the application on the last minute i.e., on 06.04.2024 at 20.00hrs. Therefore challenging the rejection order, we have moved a Writ Petition before the Hon’ble Madurai Bench as emergent matter.
