Hence in such cases, the Police shall pay special attention and follow the case till trial is over by hastening investigation and filing final report.5) It is also stated that if the accused released on Bail involves in tampering of witnesses, threatening, the Police shall take the assistance of the Public Prosecutors concerned and proceed further for required action in this matter.6) I request early action at you end on the above subject.

Sub: Crimes – Release of Bail by Courts – Follow up action – Requested.

It is needless to say that Bail being the rule and Jail being the exemption in Criminal Jurisprudence, Criminals are released on Bail by the Courts of Law.
2) It is stated that the accused who are released on Bail seems to get involved in further offences. In such cases, Police should take urgent action for cancellation of Bail extended by the Courts of Law, so as to avert continuance offences by the accused further.
3) It is needless to say that in most of the cases, while extending the Bail to the accused, the Courts of Law lay down conditions. If the accused contravenes any of the Bail conditions imposed by the Courts of Law, Police should swiftly plunge into action for getting the Bail cancelled.
4) If case of serious offences affecting the society at large just because the investigation is not completed and final report filed within the time frame stipulated in the Cr.P.C. it paves way for getting Bail by the accused. Hence in such cases, the Police shall pay special attention and follow the case till trial is over by hastening investigation and filing final report.
