JUDICIAL NOTIFICATION
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT MADRAS
Amendments to the High Court Fees Rules, 1956 (R.O.C.No.12396-A/2021/F1)
No. SRO C-37/2021.
By virtue of the powers conferred by Article 225 of the Constitution of India read with the Letters Patent of the High Court of Judicature at Madras and all other powers hereunto enabling and with the confi rmation of the Government of Tamil Nadu, the High Court of Madras hereby makes the following amendments to the High Court Fees Rules, 1956.
The Amendments shall come into force with eff ect from 01-01-2022.

In the said Rules,-
(i) in Order II, in rule 1, sub-rule (1-A) shall be omitted; (ii) Appendix 1-A shall be omitted.
